Private event in a luxurious Bulgari Hotel in London, with the nights' highlight - live performance by famous US/Canadian rapper Tory Lanez, who was about to start his month-long tour with Drake across the UK and Europe.
Our client wanted everyone to remember this event long after and to make it comfortable and entertaining for all ages (еhe age of the guests was from 16 to 50yo).
Event was divided into 4 parts - reception, dinner, live performance, and afterparty. For each part we created different music themes, lighting design and video content. All started with a more classical NY dining atmosphere and towards the end was transformed into a vibrant luxury nightclub atmosphere with stunning live hip-hop performance.
For everyone to remember the party, we created special event merchandise as a small souvenir. Neon installations and luminescent graffiti for a professional photoshoot and social media content.
We were responsible for all-round event management, event branding and event music theme architecture. Entertainment program creation (inc. live performance coordination and special requests negotiation). To create a luxurious nightclub atmosphere we had to completely change the interior of the Bulgari Hotel London main ballroom area - Custom Staging, LED Screen, UV Graphics, Bespoke Neon sign and Bespoke Neon Lounge Furniture.
